Math is a very important subject that everyone should learn about in school. The word math is somewhat vague when you think about how many different kinds of math there are out there. From the time we learn to count, we are learning math. Every day we use some kind of math without noticing.
When we are in primary school, we are introduced to the basics of mathematics. We learn to count. We learn to tell time. We learn to tell the difference between monetary units.
Usually, children start by learning the basics of addition and subtraction. As the child gets older, other types of math are introduced such as multiplication and then division.
Generally, children are introduced to theses forms of mathematics in single digits, and then double and so on and so forth. In a way, math grows with the children.
In secondary school, children are given their first shot at Algebra, a type of math that uses letters, numbers and formulas. Most schools have three or four different levels of Algebra.
When the children enter high school, the math becomes a little more difficult. More advanced types of mathematics are introduced such as Geometry, Calculus and Trigonometry.
As numbers are infinite, so it seems that math may be as well
